Mark & I plan to take the bus after our May National Championship and go on a road trip for a month. It is my responsibility to come up with our travel destination and what do you think it will be?

I'm watching Man Vs. Food - Charleston, SC about their famous roasted oysters at Bowens Island Restaurant http://www.bowensislandrestaurant.com/ and the spicy Tuna Roll Challenge at Bushido's http://www.charlestoncitypaper.com/charleston/bushido/Location?oid=1069528 - 10 level of spicy tuna roll each hotter than last and ultimately containing whole habanero pepper for level 8, whole green Thai pepper in level 9 and whole red Thai pepper for level 10. I am sort of intimidated but willing to try :)
So South Carolina and beaches, here I come!
